So I started skyping with Max today. I heard one of his friends say that he was using Nodus, and 2 hours later they all show up with almost full diamond armor.
So anyway I heard Max saying some insulting things about me when he didn't know I was there.
And then I told them to leave my house, which I never invited them to anyway. They refused, which could be called camping. And I fought them and 2 of them ran away and I killed one of them. So then they started saying insulting things to the chat. I think you should ban Maximuscelius because he is already a hacker and he and his friends make the server a generally unfriendly place to be.

Both Max and Neon have played for a significant amount of time, plenty long enough to get diamond armor.

we have no rule against cussing. furthermore, from what I gather, this happened in skype, we aren't going to act on something that happened over skype.

Server Rules wrote:2. No Camping
Camping is deliberately staying in an area for the purpose of repetitively killing another player. That includes camping spawn and a player's home.
You may kill someone at their home if there is a legal way in without breaking the rules of griefing.

1. if he wasnt killing you its not to much to worry about.
2. its really easy to get into your house with out griefing.
3. you fought them and they ran away, dont see the big deal. they are scared of you

once again no evidence of hacking yet, and i have yet to see any of his friends say any thing much less do any thing to make the server "a generally unfriendly place".

Ok I will think more on it before i post next time, I was just really pissed.
